Early hallucinations in Parkinson's disease patients might signal a faster cognitive decline. Through comprehensive neuropsychological interviews and electroencephalography measurements, researchers were able to link minor hallucinations, typically underreported, to more rapid deterioration of frontal executive function in subsequent years.
