Coffee and Tea Drinking May Be Associated With Reduced Rates of Stroke and Dementia

This shows an older couple drinking coffeePeople who drink between 4 - 6 cups of coffee or tea per day have a lower risk of stroke and dementia, researchers report. Drinking coffee alone, or in combination with tea, was associated with lower risk of post-stroke dementia.
