Gut Immune Cells May Help Send Multiple Sclerosis Into Remission

This shows a head and neuronsStudy finds signs of IgA antibodies in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with multiple sclerosis during a flare-up of the disease, but not when the patients are in remission. The findings suggest gut immune cells are involved in relapse episodes of multiple sclerosis.
