Encephalomyelitis & Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase Antibodies as Longitudinal Pyramidal Tract Hyperintensity

This case report describes a man with paraneoplastic neurological syndrome with paraneoplastic encephalomyelitis and small cell lung cancer who also had unusual pathophysiological features visible on magnetic resonance imaging.
