Reader response: Association of orthostatic hypotension with incident dementia, stroke, and cognitive decline

Rawlings et al.1 reported that orthostatic hypotension (OH) was significantly associated with subsequent dementia and ischemic stroke. In contrast, there was no significant association between OH and cognitive decline. I have some concerns with this study.
